We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Jabal Ali, UAE. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders
2. Monitor project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed according to schedule
3. Manage project resources effectively to ensure timely delivery
4. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status
5. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
6. Conduct regular meetings with project team members to ensure alignment and resolve any issues
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
8. Prepare detailed reports on project progress for management review

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate team members
6. Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
8. Knowledge of project management software is an asset
