Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Dubai to lead complex IT initiatives with clear scope, time lines and budget. You will drive delivery across multiple teams, align with business goals and ensure value realization for clients.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, stakeholder governance, and vendor coordination, with a preference for PMP/PRINCE2 and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Stakeholder & Client Management.
• Budgeting & Resource Planning.
• Experience in IT Service Management / ITIL environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Govern project through regular status reviews, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget and scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and vendors.
• Conduct stakeholder communication and governance meetings.
• Drive change management and adoption initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and processes.
• Manage vendor performance and contractual deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, and updates.
• Ensure alignment with SLA/KPI commitments (if service-linked projects).
