Job description

Proven experience working as a Project Manager in the fit-out Landscaping industry for a minimum of 3-5 years within the UAE.

Must be a strong manager with excellent leadership skills.

Able to read drawings and communicate with the site team what is required.

Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.

Schedule, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of site operatives across multiple sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have excellent communication skills between the various parties involved in the projects, such as Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors and be capable of handling technical as well as commercial aspects of the project.

Must have knowledge & understanding of estimations, BOQ preparations, and pricing.

Good knowledge of Civil Works, MEP, HVAC & Project Coordination.

Arrange all the necessary prerequisites for the project (Permissions, Approvals).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and freely adapt to changing project requirements.

Must speak fluent English and be confident in communicating with clients and staff at all levels.

Must have 3-5 years in the same role within the UAE.
