They are currently seeking an experienced Manager - Project Delivery to join their dynamic team and oversee the successful execution of large-scale projects.

Job Purpose: The Manager - Project Delivery will be responsible for overseeing and managing project delivery activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   Oversee project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
   Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
   Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
2. Stakeholder Coordination:
   Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address project challenges and align on project objectives.
   Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
3. Budget and Cost Control:
   Monitor project budgets and actual costs, implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
   Work with cost consultants to validate budget estimates and control expenditures.
4. Risk Management:
   Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
   Maintain accurate tracking of project progress and prepare risk management reports.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
   Prepare progress reports and dashboard updates for senior management and stakeholders.
   Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure data integrity.
6. Quality and Compliance:
   Ensure that all project activities adhere to regulatory and quality standards.
   Implement best practices and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements.
7. Team Leadership:
   Lead project teams effectively, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
   Provide technical support and guidance as required.
