Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Client Relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and Client stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Clients’ needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain good client relationships.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Gather, share and act upon feedback from the client to build satisfaction, recognition of Event Lab value
- Utilise your experience to respond to situations and, where possible, limit the involvement of more senior members of the Event Lab team
- Actively assessing candidates’ knowledge, skills, abilities, and additional traits to excel with clients’ needs and expectations.
- Designed, developed, and implemented a successful recruitment process to fill more than 300 vacancies in a week
- Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on goals and needs
- Make client and candidate's introduction and coordinates
- Customise strategies for different vacancies, like creating engaging job adverts and social media techniques
Project Delivery (On Ground)
- Demonstrate organizational and time management skills to effectively manage work requirements.
- Ensure senior team members are aware of all critical client deadlines to enable them to support you in prioritizing work
- Take ownership of all accounts within your portfolio, referring upwards when necessary.
- Take client briefs for assigned projects and Brief appropriate Event Lab personnel.
- Regularly manage and update project tracking tools (e.g. progress reports) and monthly client reports.
- Take client feedback throughout the project process and act as an intermediary between the client and Event Lab.
- Ensure that both internal and external stakeholders involved in projects are informed of all developments, including time, budget and delivery issues, at every stage of the process
- Identify opportunities to improve the Event Lab process and optimise profitability.
Operations
- Support the team in liaising with the staff to collect documents required for onboarding and visa process.
- Lead the scheduling and delivery of training and onboarding.
- Support the team in monthly timesheet collection and collation, including ensuring the relevant sign-offs from the client are available for any variations.
- Liaise with the Event Lab finance team and the client finance team with regards to timely payments of the monthly invoices submitted.
- Handle all escalations from staff deployed on projects.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven Project Management experience in the Events industry with a focus on Mass Recruitment.
- Planning and organising skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in managing projects through the full life cycle including onsite experience
- Experience in handling all escalations from staff deployed on projects
- Ability to prioritise and manage a number of different responsibilities to meet conflicting deadlines
- Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting
- Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and vendors
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivity when working in diverse teams and with clients from different backgrounds
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 etc) is a plus
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the events industry
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to event management
- Creativity and innovation in developing unique event concepts and experiences
- Previous experience in workforce management for working for large scale global events
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms for event promotion
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak event periods
- International travel as and when required
