Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Define project requirements according to the PMO-established standards and Project Methodology.
2. Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities.
3. Facilitate the assessment and development of project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking using various Project Management tools.
4. Determine, monitor, and review all project economics including costs, operational budgets, staffing, resources, and risks.
5. Collaborate with management on project proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules.
6. Develop and maintain project or program tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance and progress.
7. Verify and document project results, formalize acceptance, and ensure records reflect final specifications, success analysis, and effectiveness. Archive records from each project phase.
8. Identify potential risks and develop plans for alternative strategies to minimize them.
9. Establish quality management and assurance procedures, define operational standards, monitor results, and implement corrective actions.
10. Manage limited resources to achieve project objectives on time, within budget, and meet client expectations using standard project management tools and techniques. Ensure excellent project delivery and client communication.
11. Adhere to PMO guidelines, utilize templates, fulfill reporting requirements, attend audit meetings, and address non-compliances.
12. Establish procedures for data collection, storage, and distribution to ensure accessibility and stakeholder use. Build trust and develop positive relationships.
13. Contribute value by sharing knowledge timely, enhancing communication, and removing barriers and bottlenecks.
14. Collaborate within cross-functional teams and with external partners to gather and share information effectively.
15. Coach and advise team members to meet project goals, schedules, and resolve operational issues.
16. Manage project economics including costs, budgets, resources, and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
• At least Certified ITIL Foundation; ITIL Manager or Expert is desirable.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare IT.
• Strong leadership, communication, integrity, and innovation skills.
• Advanced resource, program, and service provider management skills.
• Expertise in data management, health-related IT, and Microsoft Office/MS Project.
• Excellent English communication skills, planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
