Job summary

Bentley Systems in Dubai is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and programs, collaborating across functions to maximize outcomes and drive strategic objectives.

You will work with stakeholders from individual contributors to executives, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget, with up to 80% on-site as required. This is a hybrid role based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• BA or BS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management with large international projects.
• PMP / Prince2 or other formal project management certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting.
• Highly organized with ability to drive projects to completion and communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for overall projects and program planning and documentation, and management of expectations, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide timely and informative reporting on project progress and project success metrics.
• Link all activities within a program of work to maximize efficiency and reduce risks.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
• Take corrective actions where needed to achieve project deliverables to the project timeline.
• Hold all stakeholders, including senior ones, accountable to project commitments.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
• Work with Account Managers and Success Managers to define the best delivery strategy for assigned accounts.
• Act as a key contact for facilitation and coordination of communication between internal departments.
• Promptly identify risks and issues and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Contribute to developing processes and best practices for project management execution.
• Work may require up to 80% on-site.

Location: Hybrid Dubai

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects and programs simultaneously, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to maximize project outcomes. You will provide input and advise on strategies to achieve strategic objectives while improving Users sentiment. You will work with a range of stakeholders from individual contributors to subject matter experts and executives alike.

Qualification:

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, working with large projects and international customers.
• PMP / Prince2 or other formal Project Management certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done.
• Excellent ability to work and communicate at all levels within an organization.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including delivering professional presentations.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities including the ability to influence and persuade.

This is a Hybrid role.
