We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Paint Shop Upgrade and Supplier Work Transfer projects in the autonomous systems and defense sectors. This role offers the chance to drive innovation in unmanned systems and contribute to high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Paint Shop Upgrade and Supplier Work Transfer projects.
• Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in project management, ideally in aerospace or defense.
• Expertise in APQP, PPAP, and relevant defense specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• PMP certification & experience with paint shop operations.
