What you can expect

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Achieving project objectives regarding scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Reviewing scope of work, legal, and commercial terms.
• Executing projects in line with customer expectations, HSE rules, corporate policies, and legal requirements.
• Creating work breakdown structures, defining, and sequencing activities.
• Estimating resources and developing master schedules.
• Acquiring project team members through Resourcing departments.
• Leading and motivating the project team to meet goals.
• Establishing regular communication with the project team and customers.
• Identifying, analyzing, and monitoring project risks.
• Controlling project work, schedule, and budget.
• Managing invoicing and cash flow.
• Managing changes during project execution.
• Approving final project deliverables.
• Identifying and communicating additional sales opportunities.
• Administering contracts and closing projects.
• Ensuring complete project documentation.
• Documenting lessons learned and best practices.

What you will bring

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.

Capabilities: Excellent English skills (verbal and written), proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital document management, proofreading, and editing. Experience in a professional office environment.
