Job Description

Our Company Interior Design is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion. If you thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment and love turning vision into reality, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Oversee interior design projects from planning to execution.

Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients.

Manage timelines, budgets, and ensure high-quality site execution.

Solve on-site challenges and ensure client satisfaction.

Handle permit submissions and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

3–7 years of relevant project management experience.

Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and fit-out approval processes.

Strong technical skills in:

AutoCAD – for 2D/3D drawings and layouts

SketchUp – for 3D modelling and client presentations

Photoshop – for presentation boards and visual enhancements

MS Project or Primavera – for scheduling and tracking timelines

Revit or 3ds Max (optional) – for advanced modelling or rendering

Excel & Bluebeam Revu – for BOQs and markup reviews

Understanding of submission procedures and drawing standards for:

Dubai Municipality (DM)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
