Business Unit: Software and Digital Solutions
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation migration upgrade and support projects within the organization.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to ensuring successful deployment while managing risks, resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
- Supervise system integration, data migration, and system testing activities.
- Ensure SAP S/4HANA configurations align with business requirements and industry standards.
- Work with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
- Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and training for end-users and IT support teams.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure costs remain within budget constraints.
- Allocate and optimize project resources including internal teams and external consultants.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives within the defined budget and scope.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA updates, innovations, and emerging industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration.
- 8 years of IT project management experience with at least 5 years of experience managing SAP projects.
- Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, and/or support projects.
- Experience managing large-scale SAP transformation projects across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with SAP modules (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, business processes, and functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management.
- Knowledge of SAP integrations with third-party applications and cloud solutions.
- Experience in data migration, system testing, and user training within SAP projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in risk management and change management strategies.
