Project Manager

We are seeking a project manager responsible for overseeing our company's ongoing projects. The role involves working closely with team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, establishing effective communication plans, and ensuring proper execution of these plans.

Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly advantageous.

Experience working with District Cooling Plants is a plus.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with cross-disciplinary team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
2. Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
3. Submit project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.
4. Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
5. Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
6. Facilitate change requests, informing all parties of impacts on schedule and budget.
7. Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documentation for successful implementation and handover.
8. Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
9. Obtain client acceptance of project deliverables.
10. Manage customer satisfaction during project transition.
11. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.

Project Manager Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. Knowledge of structural and finishing works.
3. PMP certification is a plus.
4. Proven experience in project management.
5. Ability to lead diverse project teams to completion.
6. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
7. Experience managing construction projects and district cooling plants.
8. Ability to complete projects within deadlines.
9. Understanding of ERP implementation.
10. Experience overseeing construction projects.
11. Budget management skills.
