Job description

PipeCare Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee in-line inspection projects. With over 20 years of providing technology and service-focused solutions to the international oil and gas industry, PipeCare Group helps clients ensure pipeline and facility asset integrity.

The role involves managing operational projects in the Middle East, including resource mobilization, servicing pipelines, conducting field surveys and verifications, demobilization, and reporting. The Project Manager will lead a team, manage project budgets, and ensure delivery according to contractual scope, deadlines, and budget, aiming for customer satisfaction.

Note: Only candidates based in UAE will be considered.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities

1. Contract review
2. Planning and coordination of activities
3. Entering project info in ERP
4. Planning internal and external Kick-Off Meetings (KOM)
5. Resource requests and coordination with Resource Manager (RM)
6. Reviewing and managing the project budget
7. Requesting site assessments and services from relevant teams
8. Creating purchase requisitions
9. Conducting Job Safety Analyses
10. Internal briefing meetings
11. Obtaining customer approvals and identifying focal points
12. Regular communication with field teams
13. Executing and demobilizing field activities
14. Managing payment milestones and invoicing
15. Upselling and cross-selling
16. Ensuring timely payment of tools and equipment rentals
17. Participating in commercial review meetings

Requirements

Skills/Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
2. Valid PMP certification
3. Minimum 5 years of operational planning experience as a Project Manager
4. Experience in Oil & Gas or EPC contracting
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
6. Fluency in English
7. Ability to travel extensively
