Project Manager

Currie & Brown is seeking a Project Manager to join our project management team in Abu Dhabi, with experience in large-scale residential building projects.

What will you be doing?

• Define and deliver projects effectively.
• Establish project delivery plans and control mechanisms to ensure successful project completion.
• Lead the project team and manage team performance.
• Develop plans and schedules, track budgets, and manage project delivery targets using established financial systems.
• Review and manage project processes and policies, providing recommendations to improve systems and practices.
• Collaborate across the organization to support project delivery and meet customer expectations.
• Report progress and issues to senior management, offering subject matter expertise.
• Present project risks and mitigation strategies to ensure project standards and objectives are met.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed and aligned.
• Contribute to Currie & Brown’s vision within assigned projects.

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Project management professional certification or accreditation.
• Proven leadership skills and team management capabilities.
• Experience in infrastructure projects is essential.
• Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract phases.
• Knowledge of industry best practices.
• Strong contract administration skills.
• Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
