Requirements:
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in the GCC, specifically in managing both horizontal and vertical projects within the real estate development industry
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in the UAE, overseeing teams and project execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (mandatory)
- PMP certification (mandatory)
- Master’s degree in Science or a related field is preferred
- Arabic speaking candidates are preferred due to the nature of the projects and stakeholders
Job Summary
Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of construction project from beginning to handover stage, he is responsible for managing project timeline, budget, and resources, as well as ensuring project quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Clients to ensure project completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinating with consultant and contractor to ensure that the project is progressing as planned.
- Managing the project team and ensuring that everyone is working together effectively.
- Developing project plans and schedules, and budgets and communicating progress to key stakeholders.
- Identifying and managing project risks, including changes in scope and potential delays.
- Ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to project team members, including contractors and suppliers.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and variation orders.
