Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize financial projects including credit and collection initiatives according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with finance and business stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations specific to credit and collection processes.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution of financial projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders with a focus on credit and collection performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards relevant to financial operations.
• Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Oversee the implementation of financial solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and credit collection best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance credit and collection efficiency and effectiveness.
