Job Purpose
Responsible for leading and managing projects within the organization. Oversee all aspects of project management, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, developing and managing budgets, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.

• Work closely with stakeholders, including project teams, clients, vendors, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Manage risks by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
• Handle change management, including scope changes, ensuring documentation and communication to stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management.
• Lead and motivate project teams, managing resources effectively to ensure timely project completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and create comprehensive project plans.
• Ensure effective project execution, tracking progress, and addressing issues and risks.
• Monitor project performance, adjust plans as needed, and control budgets within contractual constraints.
• Ensure projects meet stakeholder requirements from planning to closure.
