We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects. You will provide senior management input on project delivery matters and be fully responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects. Acting as the primary point of contact between the Project/Construction Director and the internal and external delivery teams, you will ensure project objectives are met. This role requires professionalism, motivation, and leadership skills to direct meetings, encourage strategic thinking, and manage project teams effectively. You should have at least 10+ years of experience, preferably with mega projects, and hold relevant degrees and professional memberships.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Planning / Scheduling: Implement project management frameworks, oversee progress updates, manage project timelines, and ensure risk management processes are in place.
2. Construction Phase Management: Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee design and site teams, and facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
3. Commercial Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensure budget adherence, and manage commercial performance.
4. Client Management: Foster positive client relationships, lead dispute resolution, and represent the company professionally.
5. Reporting: Review project reports, establish reporting procedures, and maintain project documentation.
6. Business Development: Identify new opportunities and promote the company's interests within the industry.
