Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5-7 years of expertise in civil and construction projects, preferably with ADNOC experience. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of civil and construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure projects meet ADNOC and industry regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costs, prepare financial reports, and optimize resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
• Reporting: Prepare and present project progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in civil and construction project management.
• Preferably experienced in ADNOC-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
