Job Description:

1. Performs the role of project manager in small to medium-sized allocated operations projects, taking full responsibility, which could include all aspects of facilities management.
2. Conducts regular internal inspections to ensure compliance with company IMS policies, health and safety standards, contractual obligations, and operational requirements.
3. Engages in menu planning using approved ingredients and recipes, ensuring the menu aligns with budgetary guidelines and contractual obligations.
4. Monitors all camp services, including catering, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, pest control, and facility maintenance, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and client requirements. Conducts regular inspections to maintain high service standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Male, below 45 years of age
• Must have proven experience in the catering industry, particularly in similar roles
• Ability to handle large catering facilities and a significant number of laborers
