Trane in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects. You will lead the project team through all project phases and serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders. The Project Manager manages a portfolio of projects, including smaller and larger multi-building or complex construction projects. The role requires knowledge of current market trends, pricing strategies, and supporting sales functions through scope development.
Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and developing communication plans with internal and external stakeholders for timely project updates.
Lead all aspects of project administration, including adherence to contract penalty clauses and liquidated damages, analyzing reports to identify deficiencies, managing project documentation, safety guidelines, and navigating regulatory requirements.
Manage project finances, including cash flow, monthly forecasts, cost at completion, expense monitoring, collections support, and preparing monthly backlog reviews with leadership.
Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contracts, holding internal meetings, establishing customer expectations, and developing risk mitigation plans.
Oversee subcontractor selection, RFQ process, awards, execution, and establish communication guidelines for project progress, meetings, billing, and safety.
Create and maintain project schedules with tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years’ experience in project management, with preferred experience in MEP, controls, HVAC, district cooling, or related fields.
Knowledge of contracting processes for building automation systems and subcontractor management is preferred.
Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major violations, such as DUI in the past 5 years, hit & run, license suspension, reckless driving, or multiple infractions in the past 3 years.
