Key Responsibilities
Execution: Ensures company standards are implemented and adhered to across own Service Line.
Problem Solving: Draws on technical knowledge and experience and information/specification received to develop the most effective and efficient solution for less standard or routine problems with a prescribed outcome.
Project Scope: Responsible for smaller or routine projects (as defined in QA100) in the role of Project Manager.
Business Development/Client Contact: Leads the development and submission of proposals for routine, low-risk projects, and contributes to the development of proposals for moderately complex projects. Develops the business by maintaining client relationships and ensuring client loyalty through excellent customer service.
People Management: May have delegated accountability for leading projects or project steps within a broader project. Allocates tasks, checks the work, and coordinates/supervises daily activities of a project-based team. Provides recommendations on resourcing requirements for specific projects to more senior team members and can influence decisions.
May provide informal guidance to graduates or interns (not a job requirement).
