Looking for Project Manager for a Civil Contracting company in Abu Dhabi.

Experience: 10 years

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles, promptly addressing any issues that may arise during construction.
• Compliance with Local Authorities Guidelines: Maintain a thorough understanding of local authorities guidelines and regulations pertaining to residential building construction in Dubai.
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained, and construction activities comply with relevant codes and standards.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage the project team, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and consultants, to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and construction practices.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess construction progress and ensure compliance with specifications and design requirements.
• Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options without compromising quality or safety.

Qualifications
