Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, MEP/MEI, and utilities scopes.
• Oversee civil works including earthworks, foundations, superstructures, and finishing works.
• Manage MEP/MEI installations, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Ensure integration of power & utilities infrastructure such as substations, water supply, drainage, and other essential services.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities for smooth project execution.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve technical and commercial issues promptly.
• Enforce strict adherence to QHSE standards and regulations across all project phases.
• Implement quality procedures to ensure work meets the required specifications and standards.
• Obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and statutory approvals in a timely manner.
• Track project progress and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in managing civil infrastructure projects with exposure to construction, power & utilities, general contracting, and MEP/MEI scope.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects within strict timelines and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and international standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
