  • Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage the project budget, including cost estimation, allocation, and monitoring.
  • Resource Management:
  • Team Coordination: Assemble and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Contract Management:
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts and agreements are adhered to and manage any changes or disputes.
  • Project Execution:
  • Task Management: Oversee the execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure that construction work meets required standards and specifications.
