Project Manager – Climate, Ecology & Impact Innovation

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Full-time, on-site)

We’re seeking a highly organized, mission-driven project manager to lead the delivery of innovative environmental projects tackling ecosystem restoration, biodiversity protection, and nature-based carbon solutions.

You'll be at the heart of climate innovation - translating complex ecological goals into real-world execution across drones, AI, and field programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from strategy to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets stay on track
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, scientists, field ops, and product experts
• Build and own project plans, risk matrices, and milestone roadmaps
• Translate environmental objectives (e.g. coastal, mangrove, arid restoration) into clear and measurable outcomes
• Champion regulatory compliance, health & safety protocols, and environmental standards
• Draft and edit technical reports and impact assessments
• Guide customer onboarding and platform engagement
• Coordinate community and stakeholder engagement efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of project management experience in climate, environmental, sustainability, or tech-for-good sectors
• Proven ability to juggle complex, multidisciplinary projects
• Confident working with data, regulatory frameworks, and scientific outputs
• Strong communicator with a hands-on, adaptable style
• Bonus points for experience in:
• Environmental consulting
• Coastal/mangrove ecosystems
• Restoration, carbon, or MRV projects
• Drone or geospatial field programs
