How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead and successfully implement medium-to-large scale projects, ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Foster and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project achievements and deliverables.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost management, applying proven project management methodologies.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing necessary changes and collaborator engagement strategies.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external collaborators to ensure alignment and resolve any issues promptly.

What You Bring

• Proven track record in managing medium-to-large scale projects, preferably in the energy, automation, or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop collaboration.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes and understanding risk management, organizational change, and collaborator engagement strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle internal teams and external collaborators effectively.
• Familiarity with contract management, including claims, change requests, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
