Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading infrastructure contractor based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, bridges, drainage, etc.).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Oversee all site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Monitor project risks, identify issues early, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager handling infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and permitting processes (ADM, Musanada, DOT, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
