Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and lead the execution of innovative educational programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating projects that provide high-quality services for students and stakeholders, while driving organizational goals and fostering a culture of excellence.
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
Program Development & Delivery:
- Formulate a comprehensive program framework encompassing workshops, field trips, and one-on-one services for students.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality services aligned with the organization's vision and client expectations.
Collaboration & Team Management:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including technology specialists, marketing, and HR, to ensure project success.
- Provide leadership to team members, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities, students, clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead presentations and meetings with stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine program effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and resolve constraints.
- Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Risk Management & Evaluation:
- Identify and mitigate risks to project outcomes.
- Evaluate project performance post-implementation to gather insights and optimize future projects.
Industry Awareness & Partnerships:
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in education to enhance program quality.
- Develop partnerships with external organizations to expand program resources and opportunities.
Training & Development:
- Collaborate with HR to design and implement continuous training programs for team members.
RequirementsEducation:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of managing multi-faceted projects and achieving measurable results.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
