About the Job

Our operations department is actively seeking talented individuals with Middle East experience in the heavy lift industry to join our team at Roll Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, execution, and close-out of various projects across the region that involve complex heavy lift engineering tasks. This is a unique chance to work on challenging projects and contribute to the success of a leading international company in the heavy lift and transport sector.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities with various departments to ensure efficient project management.
  • Support the preparation, execution, and monitoring of project plans and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other teams to meet project requirements and ensure seamless operations.
  • Review and prepare invoices for clients, ensuring contract compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance.
  • Conduct site visits, attend safety meetings, and participate in client interactions as required.
  • Lead and develop the department, aligning with the company\'s strategic goals.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve department and company objectives.
  • Take ownership of the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Minimum Requirements

  • Higher Vocational Education (Degree in Project Management, Management, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the heavy lift engineering industry (crane lifting, conventional and SPMT land transports, and jacking and skidding).
  • Preferably with heavy lift engineering experience in the Middle East region.
  • Preferably with a driving license in UAE/Saudi/Qatar or at least from the country of origin.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel across the region.
  • Prior experience with Contract Management is essential.
