We're looking for a PMO Specialist for one of our clients, a private entity based in Sharjah Media City. Ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in business setup or Free Zone environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation
- Ensure clear communication and delivery of project goals
- Provide regular progress updates and initiative plans to management
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for review
- Document project outcomes and learnings
Establishment of New Functions:
- Drive the setup of new functions, services, and internal processes
- Identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement
- Enhance workflows and organizational efficiency
- Ensure transparency, traceability, and governance across functions
- Apply best practices in project management and reporting
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal departments and key stakeholders
- Align project execution with organizational goals
- Facilitate communication between teams and leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience (Free Zone/business setup experience is a plus).
Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in English & Arabic preferred.
