Our PMO department is seeking a PM Associate to join the Functional Implementation and Support Teams. The position will support the PMO Manager in project implementation, calendaring, communications, and documentation. The role requires an understanding of Project Management and involves working closely with cross-functional teams and management to provide updates, communicate changes, and report on overall project status. The successful candidate should be able to work independently on daily tasks and take initiative.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure management is informed of new initiatives, meet project timelines, and communicate with cross-functional department leaders.
  • Help organize and prioritize operations projects and deliverables, collaborating with international teams.
  • Assist management in establishing priorities, identifying, and resolving administrative issues.
  • Perform analysis related to customer insights as needed.
  • Draft and edit documents, presentations, and reports, including fact-checking.
  • Create and maintain content accuracy in documents, displays, reports, and proposals.
  • Plan and schedule calendars, resolving conflicts efficiently.
  • Supervise or lead temporary staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and reviewing work.
  • Maintain project timelines and schedules for deliverables.
  • Coordinate timesheets with project resources and communicate with the Finance department for billing.

Must Haves:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Project Management or administrative roles with a focus on Customer Service.
  • Experience with Software Development Houses or in-house support teams.
  • Understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle in the ERP consulting industry.
  • Friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success in handling high-impact, fast-paced, collaborative projects.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
