Our client is a leading impact investing fund in the UAE, dedicated to the acquisition, development, and overall investment management of renewable energy assets in emerging markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing team based in the UAE.

What the job involves

1. Leading the structuring and negotiation of non-recourse project financing for brownfield or greenfield projects, as well as acquisitions in emerging markets.
2. Overseeing lenders' due diligence processes.
3. Post-financial close, providing guidance on drawdown requests, waiver requests, and contract amendments.
4. Providing guidance and sign-off on financing sheets of financial models.
5. Advising on issues raised by lenders' model audits.
6. Presenting to financing institutions and their representatives.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in Project Finance with major banks, investment, and financial institutions.
• Experience in Infrastructure Development and/or Renewable Energy sectors.
• Experience working in emerging markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication at C-suite level.
