This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing team based in the UAE.

What the job involves

• Leading the structuring and negotiation of non-recourse project financing for brownfield or greenfield projects, as well as acquisitions in emerging markets.
• Overseeing lenders' due diligence processes.
• Post-financial close, providing guidance on drawdown requests, waiver requests, and contract amendments.
• Providing guidance and sign-off on financing sheets of financial models.
• Advising on issues raised by lenders' model audits.
• Presenting to financing institutions and representatives.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in Project Finance with major banks, investment, and financial institutions.
• Experience in Infrastructure Development and/or Renewable Energy sector is essential.
• Experience in emerging markets is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication at the C-Suite level.
