Job description

Leading the structuring and negotiation of non-recourse project financing for brownfield or greenfield projects, as well as acquisitions in emerging markets.

Post-financial close, providing guidance on drawdown requests, waiver requests, and contract amendments.

Providing guidance and approval on financing sheets of financial models.

Offering guidance on issues raised by lenders' model audits.

Presenting to financing institutions and their representatives.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in Project Finance for major banks, investment, and financial institutions.
