Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects from planning and execution through implementation and stabilization.
• Review existing processes, identify gaps and drive process optimization, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement and maintain SOPs, workflows, process guidelines, service standards and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization, productivity improvement and operational efficiency.
• Map current and future-state processes and establish clear roles, responsibilities, KPIs and performance measures.
• Manage implementation of ERP, SaaS and digital solutions supporting business operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Gather business requirements, prepare process documentation and coordinate UAT and implementation.
• Monitor operational performance through reports and dashboards and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare management reports and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
• Drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes, SOPs and systems.

About the Role

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, BPMN, Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp, Excel, Power BI, Visio or similar tools will be an advantage.
