Nature of the Position

The Project Executive will oversee and coordinate the delivery of audit, tax, and accounting projects handled by our offshore teams, ensuring efficient scheduling, timely completion, and adherence to client expectations. The role requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder coordination, and an understanding of professional services workflows.

Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
  • CA Inter or MBA (Finance)
Experience
  • 5–8 years of total experience
  • Minimum of 2–3 years in a project management or team lead role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
Skills Required
  • Strong project management and scheduling expertise
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of accounting, audit, and tax processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)
  • Experience in managing offshore delivery teams and multiple client accounts
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Understanding of SLA and KPI-based performance environments
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, allocate, and schedule the work of accountants, auditors, and tax consultants within the offshore center
  • Collaborate with global engagement teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client assignments
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and resolve scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review priorities, share updates, and align with delivery targets
  • Maintain and update project dashboards, utilization reports, and performance metrics
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery quality
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and firm policies
  • Act as the primary liaison between offshore delivery teams and onshore engagement managers
