The Key Objectives For This Role Are

• Manage and coordinate engineering projects to meet technical specifications, safety standards, and timelines
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring best practices
• Ensure quality and integrity of engineering deliverables through rigorous review
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure safe and efficient operations

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Review ITT/RFQ documentation and interpret project scope
• Prepare and own proposals, including written proposals and presentations
• Gather manhours and qualifications from stakeholders for proposals
• Collaborate with centers of excellence and affiliate offices for proposals
• Participate in onshore and offshore site visits for proposal preparation
• Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, OEMs, and technology providers
• Provide customer responses and ensure timely, compliant proposal delivery
• Analyze and review proposal sections for consistency, clarity, and compliance
• Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Lead or coordinate proposals as needed, including developing management plans and schedules
• Support continuous improvement of proposal procedures

• Typically requires 15 years in project delivery
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
• Basic knowledge in Project Success and Benefits Management on standard projects
• Stakeholder and requirements management experience
• Experience in developing estimates and understanding uncertainties
• Cost calculation and invoicing experience
• Proposal preparation experience for Studies, FEED, and Detail Engineering
• Basic knowledge of contract models, risk management, and legal requirements
• Understanding of project initiation processes, quality standards, and project planning tools
• Knowledge of WBS, Networks, CPA, and project control methods
• Ability to identify project changes and their impacts
