Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure progress as per schedule.
• Plan, monitor, and manage all aspects of villa construction, including civil, MEP, finishing, and landscaping works.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; coordinate with consultants and subcontractors for execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority approvals (RAK Municipality, FEWA, Civil Defense), and HSE standards.
• Prepare project schedules, material submittals, inspection requests, and work progress reports.
• Manage procurement needs in coordination with the procurement team and site store.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets, minimize wastage, and control resources effectively.
• Identify project risks and assist in resolving site issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily progress reports, QA/QC records, and handover documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in RAK villa or residential building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, project execution, and finishing standards.
• Familiar with Ras Al Khaimah authorities and approval procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple villa sites simultaneously is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory
