Project Engineer – Turbomachinery

Job summary

Anix Global is seeking a skilled field-service coordinator for turbomachinery projects offshore and onshore. You will coordinate site execution, review scopes, prepare plans, and manage mobilization documentation to ensure safe, timely delivery in line with customer requirements.

The role requires 3+ years in turbomachinery/rotating equipment projects, strong coordination and reporting skills, and willingness to work in offshore environments and during shutdowns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience in Turbomachinery / Rotating Equipment field projects.
• Familiarity with HSE, PTW and site execution requirements.
• Willingness to work at Onshore/Offshore locations and during shutdown/outage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site execution of rotating-equipment projects.
• Review project scope, PO, drawings, procedures, ITPs and contractual requirements before mobilization.
• Prepare execution plans, method statements, work packs, manpower/tool requirements and mobilization documentation.
• Coordinate dismantling, inspection, repair/replacement, assembly, alignment, testing and commissioning activities.
• Act as the day-to-day coordination interface between Client, site team, SPG Engineering, QC and Project Management.
• Attend customer kick-off, daily progress, technical and close-out meetings.
• Coordinate site access, PTW, HSE requirements, CICPA/offshore mobilization and related documentation.
• Monitor progress, manpower and project duration against the approved scope and schedule.Identify additional works, delays and scope deviations and maintain supporting records for variations/change orders.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspection findings, measurements, photographs, service reports and customer approvals.
• Coordinate QC inspections, NCR/punch-point closure and final project documentation.
• Support project completion, customer acceptance, billing documentation and close-out.
