Your mission

As a Project Engineer reporting to the PMO, you will ensure smooth project execution by coordinating with procurement, contracts, logistics, and compliance teams. Your role is vital in maintaining schedules, regulatory compliance, and operational setup throughout all project phases.

Your key responsibilities
  • Coordinate procurement activities aligning with project schedules and standards.
  • Assist in contract preparation, review, and administration, ensuring compliance with Saudization and local content requirements.
  • Manage project bank guarantees and insurance coverages.
  • Monitor invoicing, payments, and resolve billing issues.
  • Oversee project office and site setup, infrastructure, and personnel deployment.
  • Manage vehicle rentals and availability.
  • Coordinate PPE distribution and compliance.
  • Support vendor and subcontractor coordination and project administration tasks.
We would love to hear from people with
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
  • Knowledge of procurement cycles, contracts, and KSA regulations including Saudization.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
