About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Engineer with strong MEP background to join our dynamic projects team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all MEP aspects of existing and new projects from design through execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Job Summary:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee MEP installations across multiple project phases.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve design and site issues.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare technical reports, status updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Assist in procurement and subcontractor management related to MEP systems.

Preferred Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Candidate must be based in the UAE.
• 5 - 6 years of experience in MEP project engineering within construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and relevant standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other relevant software tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
