Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer/ Project Coordinator to join our team in UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Mechanical maintenance experience preferably painting and blasting jobs for Oil, Gas & Marine Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple mechanical maintenance job sites, ensuring timely execution and completion of projects.
• Evaluate and assess manpower requirements to optimize resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, store purchase team, and supervisors to ensure efficient site operation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present project reports, schedules, and budgets to management
• Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across project phases.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supervising painting, blasting jobs.
• Bgas, NACE certification will be an advantage.
