Roles & Responsibilities
a. Understanding the scope of contract, study the drawings, specifications and other project specific documents.
b. Establish the schedule for the specific scope, plan the resources specially manpower, supervision, equipment required.
c. Coordinate with Project Head to ensure timely mobilization of the resources.
d. Establish work methods, prepare documentation required to be approved before start of work.
e. Establish site facilities, ensure all HSE and Quality requirements of the Contract have been met and start work.
f. Coordinate with Client on availability of Project Material and schedule of delivery.
g. Ensure all tools, tackles, consumables and work access is available to start work.
h. Ensure Team members meet job requirements, and front line supervision are updated regularly on job scope, target schedules, QC and HSE requirements.
