We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results by ensuring that every detail of the project is meticulously planned and executed.

We are hiring a driven and experienced Project Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out works, with hands-on site management experience delivering high-quality retail and F&B projects. This role requires excellent coordination skills, a strong understanding of local regulations, and the ability to deliver fast-track fit-outs with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Oversee and manage all on-site fit-out works, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and in-house teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Quality Control & Safety: Enforce compliance with UAE safety regulations and quality standards; conduct regular inspections and ensure rectification of non-compliance issues.
• Scheduling & Reporting: Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal teams and clients.
• Technical Review: Read and interpret construction drawings, resolve site-level technical queries, and support the implementation of design intent.
• Client Interaction: Attend site meetings, liaise with clients and consultants, and address project-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Procurement Support: Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and site resources.
• Handover & Close-out: Assist in testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover processes; compile necessary documentation and as-built drawings.
• Performing other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in interior fit-out site management, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven track record delivering retail and F&B fit-out projects (e.g., cafes, restaurants, boutiques, flagship stores).
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, municipality regulations, and approval processes (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.). Accreditation from Dubai Municipality is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and project tracking tools.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Health & Safety Certification (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is an advantage.
