Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Project Engineer with 2+ years of experience in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site coordination, execution, and client communication, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Supervise and manage daily activities at residential construction sites.
2. Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
3. Oversee the execution of works as per project plans and specifications.
4. Ensure accurate detailing and manage construction documentation.
5. Take complete ownership of the site, from setup to handover.
6. Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding project progress and requirements.
7. Monitor contractor performance and enforce safety and quality standards.
8. Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of design and execution phases.

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of site operations, execution processes, and project coordination.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage detailed execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Dubai) is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
