Job Title: Project Engineer Infrastructure

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Engineer Infrastructure to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for infrastructure projects.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and government agencies.
3. Perform engineering calculations and analyses to support project design and implementation.
4. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
6. Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Manage project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
10. Implement and maintain quality control processes.
11. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure project engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Expertise in engineering principles and practices related to infrastructure development.
• Experience in construction management and engineering design.
• Deep understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Proven ability in cost estimation and budgeting for large-scale projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
