Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to lead warehouse modification projects, including area repurposing, expansion, and mezzanine floor construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out project management, with proven on-site execution capabilities, subcontractor management, BOQ estimation, and a focus on timely, quality project delivery.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning & Execution: Lead execution of warehouse interior modifications, coordinate with design teams, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  2. Site & Construction Management: Supervise daily site activities, ensure safety and quality compliance, monitor progress, and manage procurement.
  3. Subcontractor Coordination: Manage subcontractors for civil, MEP, and fit-out works, ensuring work completion to specifications and deadlines.
  4. BOQ & Estimation: Prepare and review Bill of Quantities, cost estimates, and budgets; validate vendor quotations.
  5. Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and quality checks to meet standards and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in interior fit-out and warehouse construction.
  • Experience in industrial or commercial warehouse environments.
  • Proven experience managing mezzanine or similar structural projects.
  • Strong skills in project estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost control.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent site coordination and contractor management skills.
