Responsibilities

• Review contract scope of work and obligations; prepare kick-off agenda.
• Finalize deliverables list and obtain client approval.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, expediting, and logistics to ensure deliverables meet schedule.
• Organize weekly client review meetings and monitor progress.
• Expedite supplier shipping and manage documentation as per PO.
• Assist in supplier performance evaluation and ESD investigations.
