Job summary

PeopleStrong in Dubai is seeking an experienced façade engineer to lead the execution of façade works, including curtain wall systems, sliding doors, and glass partitions. You will analyze and plan the scope, review shop drawings and material approvals, and coordinate with team members to drive timely completion.

The role requires strong communication, accountability, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations while assessing risks and opportunities on site.

Qualifications

• Experience with Façade scope of works (stick curtain wall, unitized, sliding doors, glass partitions).
• Ability to analyze, strategize and plan assigned scope of works.
• Capable of reviewing shop drawings and material approvals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Act as engineer in charge to create execution plans and ahead-looking schedules.
• Manage day-to-day operations and assess risks and opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication and ownership to complete works.

• Experienced in Façade Scope of works. (i.e., Stick Curtain Wall, Unitized, Sliding door, Hinge doors, Glass Partitions, Spider Glazing, Balustrades, ACP's, Louvers, etc.,
• Analyzing, Strategizing, and planning of assigned scope of works.
• Able to review and ensure the shop drawings and material approvals.
• Coordination with other stakeholders / Team members to get things completed.
• Being an Engineer in charge of executing the works, he should be able to make an execution plan and look ahead program for the assigned works.
• Good command and Control over the next line team members.
• Candidate should be able to manage his day to date Operations and to assess the Risks, and opportunities at his assigned works to enabling himself for focusing the key works and clear them.
• Good communication and to take ownership / accountability to complete the works.
